Approval Despite Forecasted Billions
An official gaming facility location board has recommended several proposed casino projects—two located in the borough of Queens plus one in the borough of the Bronx. Officials concluded these ventures would produce thousands of positions while also generate massive sums of government income over the next decade.

An Ongoing Debate: Job Creator or Community Drain?
